In another proud and ground breaking arrangement, Crossover Basketball (supplying the vast majority of u13 girls to the WM regional training squad already) were proud to invite the remaining girls of the West Midlands squad to take part in a match against a strong Riders team who will no doubt supply a number of players to the East Midlands regional programme.
Five of the nine girls got on the scoresheet, eventually going down by 21 points to a full and impressive Leicester squad. It rounded of quite the day of basketball at Crossover’s St Peter’s School home.
