Crossover’s Solihull u9 and u11 groups provided the cavalry for Arden Griffins YBL u9 and u11 CVLs in Walsall on Saturday. With every player making their debuts, all performed admirably, with the under 9’s picking up a win against City of Birmingham Rockets, and the u11’s taking one match into overtime, and another in to double overtime, before finally being edged out in each.
It’s all about development and challenge though, and as they say … there’s beauty in the struggle.
